Payment Methods

At Gryphon Seats, we want paying for your new gaming or office chair to be as easy, flexible and secure as possible.

We work with trusted payment service providers, including Mollie and MultiSafepay, to offer a variety of payment options to customers across Europe.

Whether you prefer to pay directly through your bank, use a debit or credit card, pay with a digital wallet or spread the cost over several instalments, you can choose from the payment methods available to you during checkout.

1. Available Payment Methods

The payment methods available may depend on your country, order value, device and eligibility. The options displayed during checkout are the ones available for your specific order.

Bancontact / Payconiq

A convenient payment option for customers in Belgium. Use your supported banking app or Bancontact payment method and follow the instructions during checkout to complete your payment.

Credit and Debit Cards

Pay using a supported credit or debit card. Depending on your bank, you may be asked to confirm the transaction through an additional authentication step.

Your payment is processed securely through the relevant payment service provider.

Bank Transfer

Prefer to pay directly from your bank account? You may choose bank transfer if this option is available at checkout.

Follow the payment instructions provided after placing your order and include the correct payment reference so that we can identify your payment.

Bank transfers may take several business days to reach our account, depending on your bank and the countries involved.

Your order will normally be prepared for dispatch once your payment has been received and confirmed, unless otherwise agreed.

If you have made a transfer but your order status has not been updated, please contact us at hello@gryphonseats.com and include your order number.

Apple Pay

Where available, Apple Pay allows you to complete your purchase using an eligible card stored in your Apple Wallet.

Simply select Apple Pay at checkout and follow the instructions on your compatible device.

Google Pay

Where available, Google Pay allows you to pay using an eligible card stored in your Google Wallet.

Select Google Pay at checkout and follow the instructions to authorise your payment.

PayPal

PayPal allows you to pay using your PayPal account and the payment sources available within it, subject to PayPal’s terms and availability.

Select PayPal at checkout to continue to the payment process and follow the instructions provided.

Klarna – Flexible Payment Options

Where available, Klarna may offer eligible customers the option to pay later or use an instalment plan.

The options offered, payment schedule, eligibility requirements and applicable terms depend on Klarna and the specific transaction.

Please review the payment dates, amounts and conditions presented by Klarna before confirming your choice.

Alma – Pay in Instalments

Where available, Alma offers eligible customers the possibility of splitting a purchase into instalments.

The available payment plans and their conditions depend on your order and the options offered by Alma at checkout.

Before confirming, check the amount payable immediately, the number and amount of subsequent payments, the payment dates and any applicable costs.

in3 – Pay in Three Instalments

Where available, in3 allows eligible customers to divide a purchase into three payments.

The first payment is generally made at checkout, with subsequent payments scheduled according to the plan presented by in3.

Any interest-free or other payment terms are subject to the provider’s conditions and eligibility requirements. Please review the details presented before confirming your purchase.

iDEAL / Wero

Where available, customers can use iDEAL / Wero to pay through a participating bank.

Select the option during checkout and follow the instructions to authorise the payment through your bank.

Carte Bancaire

Where available, Carte Bancaire allows customers to pay using a supported card.

Select the applicable card payment option during checkout and follow the instructions to complete the transaction.

2. Paying in Instalments

We understand that purchasing a premium gaming or office chair can be a significant investment. Depending on your country, order value and eligibility, you may be offered instalment or pay-later options through providers such as Klarna, Alma or in3.

Before choosing an instalment plan, please check:

The amount payable immediately.
The number and amount of future payments.
The dates on which payments are due.
Whether interest, fees or other charges apply.
The provider’s eligibility criteria and terms.

Instalment and pay-later services are provided subject to the relevant provider’s terms. Gryphon Seats cannot guarantee approval for a payment plan.

Please make sure you understand the payment obligations before confirming your order.

3. Payment Security

Payments are processed through the relevant payment service provider, which may include Mollie, MultiSafepay or the provider associated with your selected payment method.

Depending on the method you choose, you may be redirected to a secure payment page or asked to authenticate your transaction through your bank or payment provider.

Please follow all instructions displayed during checkout and ensure that the payment process has been completed successfully.

We do not intend to store full payment card details on our website.

4. Payment Costs and Total Price

The total price of your order, including applicable taxes, shipping costs and any other applicable charges, will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Where a payment method involves specific costs that may be charged to you, these must be disclosed clearly before you confirm your payment and must comply with applicable law.

We do not intend to apply undisclosed payment charges. The availability of a payment method and any applicable conditions will be shown during checkout.

5. When Will My Order Be Processed?

For payments completed immediately at checkout, your order will normally enter processing after payment confirmation.

For bank transfers, processing will normally begin after the funds have reached our account and the payment has been identified.

For instalment or pay-later options, order processing is subject to confirmation from the relevant payment provider.

If additional information is needed to process your order, we will contact you where appropriate.

6. Payment Declined or Unsuccessful

If your payment does not complete successfully, please:

Check that your payment details are correct.
Check whether your bank or payment provider requires additional authentication.
Contact your bank or payment provider if the problem persists.
Return to checkout and choose another available payment method if necessary.

If your account appears to have been charged but you have not received an order confirmation, please contact us before placing the order again. This helps us avoid duplicate orders or payments.

7. Refunds

Where a refund is due following a cancellation, return or another qualifying circumstance, it will be handled in accordance with our Terms & Conditions, Returns & Refunds policy and applicable law.

Where possible, refunds will be made using the original payment method. The time required for the funds to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

For purchases made using an instalment or pay-later provider, the refund and any adjustment to remaining payments will also be subject to that provider’s procedures.
